Grand hotel, impeccable service, exceptionally nice breakfast. I got free upgrade and loved it. The swim-up bar was premium and the drinks where cool. It was adjacent to the public beach.

spotless hotel, it's based next door to a ferry port, i liked amazingly efficient staff. non-smoking rooms and lovely restaurant. warm breakfast, attentive service. central location, right place for discovering cancun. green garden and great pool area. reasonably priced, i think it's great value for money.

Overall, it's nice comfy base for exploring Cancun attractions. Kudos to receptionist.

The hotel was not far from a ferry port. Nice gardens, the place is 3.1 miles away from the Cancun downtown.
All was perfect.

There was no wifi signal in the rooms. The hotel is in a VERY GOOD position and the airport is 6 miles away.
